01Who is responsible

This is the website of Benjamin Delahaye. Comedie Suisse GmbH, Moosstrasse 31, 8907 Wettswil, is responsible for your data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

02Newsletter

We store your email, city and language to send the newsletter. We use Mailchimp, a provider in the USA. You can unsubscribe at any time.

03Cookies and Meta Pixel

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Only if you click "Accept all" do we load the Meta Pixel, which tells us which ads lead people to our show pages and to the ticket shop. Videos load from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) only when you click play. You can change your choice under Cookie settings.

04Buying tickets

When you buy a ticket, Eventfrog or Infomaniak process your data under their own privacy policies.

05Contact form and booked calls

We use the details from the request form and from booked calls (Calendly) only to answer your request. Until we pick a request up, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, stores it and emails it to us.

06Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@bencomedian.com.
